About Us:
In just under 14 years, Treasure Valley native Corey Barton has grown his company, Corey Barton Homes, from a one-man business operating out of the back of his pick-up truck to Idaho’s largest and most respected homebuilder.

Through all the challenges that come with this level of growth, Corey crafts homes and communities that stand out from the crowd through their design, construction and overall value. Today, Corey Barton Homes operates out of its 10,000 sq. ft. headquarters that, in addition to housing its construction, customer service and marketing employees, is home to the firm’s mortgage company CBH Home Loans and a 3,000 sq. ft. Design Studio.

In 2005, the company built more than 2,000 homes, more than double its nearest competitor. In all, Corey Barton Homes has built more than 7,000 homes. The company currently offers homes priced from $115,000 to $350,000 in 35 communities throughout the Treasure Valley, from Caldwell to Southeast Boise and nearly everywhere in between.
